God's Goodness

One of many examples of how man-made tradition has perverted the gospel is the commonly held belief that it is somehow pious to be troubled, poor, and sick.  But did you know the Bible says that God wants to PROSPER YOU; to give you hope and a good future?  Over and over the Bible speaks of God's desire to lavish His blessings on those who are willing, obedient, and full of faith.  Yet too many Christians, it seems, are living their lives just like many of their unchurched counterparts - broke, depressed, enslaved to sinful habits, sick, and struggling in their family relationships.  But it is not supposed to be that way!

At Blessed Life Fellowship, we believe that Jesus came to delegate His authority to Believers (Luke 10:19) so that we can live in VICTORY in this life, even in spite of circumstances that are challenging at times.  Every Believer will face trouble from time to time, but part of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ is that in spite of the broken world in which we live, Christians can experience overcoming victory through life in Christ.  So part of our mission is to teach God's people what belongs to us as part of our Covenant and how to begin claiming and enjoying those promises.
